Mills and Machining Capabilities

Our shop has a wide range of CNC boring mills, vertical mills, vertical and horizontal lathes. ACF specializes in tight tolerance precision machining of parts in a wide variety of materials and quantities. Machines are outfitted with rotary tables to accommodate precise angle machining. 

Our CNC boring mills we can handle equipment up to 30’ in length and 16’ in height and the CNC horizontal lathe can take parts 38” in diameter and up to 14’ in length. Production milling can handle medium to large size parts of any shape and size and also supply drilling, tapping, threading, profiling and much more.

Our services include flexible lead times, custom designs, custom delivery schedules and blanket orders. We work closely with our customers to provide finishing services, so you can get the finished parts that you require.
